Exceptions in Finland are contained in the Copyright Act.

Finland has implemented the following exceptions in its national laws:

• Art. 5.2(b) InfoSoc in §12 of the Copyright Act
• Art. 5.2(c) InfoSoc in §16 of the Copyright Act
• Art. 5.2(d) InfoSoc in §25f (2) of the Copyright Act
• Art. 5.2(e) InfoSoc in §15 of the Copyright Act
• Art. 5.3(c) (1st part) InfoSoc in §23 of the Copyright Act
• Art. 5.3(c) (2nd part) InfoSoc in §25(1), p.2 and §25b of the Copyright Act
