Denmark

Exceptions in Denmark are contained in the Copyright Act. The last amendment was introduced with the Law amending the Copyright Act (L 205) of 03.06.2021.

Denmark has implemented the following exceptions in its national laws:

• Art. 5.1 InfoSoc in § 11a of the Copyright Act
• Art. 5.2(b) InfoSoc in § 12 of the Copyright Act
• Art. 5.2(c) InfoSoc in § 16 of the Copyright Act
• Art. 5.2(d) InfoSoc in § 31 of the Copyright Act
• Art. 5.2(e) InfoSoc in § 15 of the Copyright Act
• Art. 5.3(b) InfoSoc in § 17 of the Copyright Act
• Art. 5.3(c) (2nd part) InfoSoc in §23(2) and §25 of the Copyright Act
• Art. 5.3(d) InfoSoc in § 22 of the Copyright Act
• Art. 5.3(e) InfoSoc in § 28 of the Copyright Act
• Art. 5.3(f) InfoSoc in §§ 26 and 32 of the Copyright Act
• Art. 5.3(g) InfoSoc in § 21 of the Copyright Act
• Art. 5.3(h) InfoSoc in § 24 (2) and (3) of the Copyright Act
