Slovenia has implemented the Use for the benefit of people with a disability (Art. 5.3(b) InfoSoc) exception in Article 48a of the Copyright and Related Rights Act. The national exception is much more restrictive than the EU exception.

This exception allows for the reproduction, distribution and public recitation of a work for the benefit of disabled persons if this work is not available in the required form and its use is directly related to the disability of such persons, limited in scope and not intended to achieve direct or indirect economic benefit.
