Remarks: According to case law, 'official ceremony' means any ceremony, in which institutions participate, perform a state function, such as the official celebration of a national anniversary. However, according to the Supreme Court, the qualification of is not automatic for every event that is organized by e.g. the Municipality, but is assessed on a case-by-case basis..
Under art. 52 of the Law the limitation also applies mutatis mutandis to related rights.
