Estonia has implemented the Use for the purpose of caricature, parody or pastiche (Art. 5.3(k) InfoSoc) exception in Article 19(7) of the Copyright act. The national exception is slightly more restrictive than the EU exception.

This exception allows for the use of a lawfully published work in a caricature, parody or pastiche to the extent justified by such purpose. The name of the author of the work, if it appears thereon, the name of the work and the source publication must be mentioned.
