Czech Republic has implemented the Private copying (Art. 5.2(b) InfoSoc) exception in Section 30 of the Copyright Act. The national exception closely resembles the EU exception.
Implementation summary:
This exception allows for the use, including fixation, reproduction or imitation of a work, for personal needs by a natural person without seeking to achieve direct or indirect economic benefit, unless otherwise specified in the law. A reproduction or imitation of a work of fine arts made by a natural person for their personal use must be always visibly designated as such.
