Use for the benefit of people with a disability (Art. 5.3(b) InfoSoc)
This (optional) exception or limitation allows the reproduction, communication to the public and making available to the public of works and other protected subject matter (other than databases and software) for the benefit of people with a disability and to the extent required by the specific disability. The uses allowed must be directly related to the disability and of a non-commercial nature.
This exception has been implemented in the following Member States:
