Exceptions in Cyprus are regulated in the Intellectual Property Right and Related Rights Law of 1976 (59/1976) (Ο περί του Δικαιώματος Πνευματικής Ιδιοκτησίας και Συγγενικών Δικαιωμάτων Νόμος του 1976 (59/1976)). Last amendment of the Law - 77(I)/2019.

Cyprus has implemented the following exceptions in its national laws:

• Art. 5.1 InfoSoc in Art.7(5) of the Copyright Law

Cyprus has not implemented the following optional exceptions in its national laws:

• Art. 5.3(j) InfoSoc
• Art. 5.3(k) InfoSoc
